Due to Hurricane Gustav the LLPVRC Board of Examiners has elected to extend the grace period for LRC renewals to October 30, 2008. |

NOTICE: 30 continuing education units will be due July 31, 2010 for the period August 1, 2008 to July 31, 2010. |

Continuing Education Credits Originals should not be turned in. Please send copies. |

Change in Supervisor If there is a change in supervisor, the licensee needs to file a new Letter of Intent. |

Please check your information on the web listing to insure its accuracy as we will be publishing a hard copy of the directory in 2007. |
